The Oslo Flaneur Festival (O.F.F.) is a three-day celebration of the flâneur—the curious urban wanderer. We invite participants to experience Oslo in new and unexpected ways, exploring the hidden, the beautiful, the dark, the private, the public, and the fantastic sides of the city.
